We use top courier services in India to ship your products. Highest quality packing standards to make sure you get the product intact condition.

We usually like to ship as fast as possible. So most of the orders are packed and shipped same day if received before Noon
Your delivery time depends on your city. Tier 1 cities will get in 3 days , Tier 2 within 2-5 days and Tier 3 between 3-6 days. These are only ballpark estimates. Actual time maybe faster or slower.
Shipping cost for most products are free unless mentioned on the products page.
Customer must retain shipping boxes in case there is a return , you should send in original box.
Unpacking video must be taken before opening the parcel.

Returns accepted within 10 days or less as mentioned on products page.

Ensure product is unused and in sell-able condition
Ensure original packing is retained and send in same packing
You can send by nearest courier service or use India Post.
Please take Video of unpacking and packing so that in case there is a transport damage you have valid proof.

We will send the Exchange or Refund once we receive the product back.
